The competition opens 14/06/10 at 12.01am and closes on 02/07/10 at 4.01pm AEST. All entrants must log onto the website www.myheartsonfire.com.au click to download the 'Hearts On Fire' mp3 by Disco Montego and complete all required fields including their full name, email address, contact number and in 50 words or less tell us why you want to come together with the world in South Africa, and click the submit button. All entries will be judged by 5 employees of Nando's Australia. Total prize value is up to $20,120.32. The prize must be taken by 06/07/10. Winners will be notified by phone and mail and their names published on the Nando's website, www.nandos.com.au on the 02/07/2010. Entrants must be 18+ and have a valid Australian Passport. Terms and Conditions - Hearts On Fire - Nando's Australia ("the Promoter")

  1. Information on how to enter, prizes and how to redeem prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia. Nando's Australia employees & their immediate families, its associated companies, promotional partners & agencies of this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims for prizes and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry or claim for a prize which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
  4. The promotion ("Promotion") commences 14/06/10 at 12.01am & closes at the end of the promotional period on 02/07/10 at 4.01pm ("Promotional Period").
  5. For a chance to win ("Promotional Requirement"), customers must log onto the website www.myheartsonfire.com.au click to download the 'Hearts On Fire' mp3 by Disco Montego and complete all required fields including their full name, email address, contact number and in 50 words or less tell us why you want to come together with the world in South Africa, and click the submit button. Winning entries are invalidated if the submitted details are incorrect or otherwise rendered illegible. Entrants may enter as many times as they like during the Promotion Period. All eligible Entrants will be entered into the prize draw.
  6. There is one major prize available ("Major Prize"), comprising of;

    1 x 2 person Premium Sport Tour to South Africa valued at $9,560.16 inc GST per ticket/tour including return economy airfares to Johannesburg, South Africa from the capital city of each winner, 2 x tickets to the World Cup Final game on the 12th July 2010, $1,000 spending money, transfers, breakfast daily, all accommodation and the services of an experienced local guide ("Holiday"). All transportation, accommodation, sightseeing and breakfast are as indicated on the Premium Sport Tours. Passports, visas, taxes, government levies, all meals unless specified, tips or additional excursions, insurance (insurance is not supplied but required), additional spending money and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Travel is subject to the conditions and validity of the respective fare type and subject to any seasonal embargoes during peak periods. The Holiday prize must be claimed with the Promoter on or before 05/07/2010. The Holiday must be completed within one week from date of winner's claim being redeemed & verified by The Promoter and is subject to booking and availability. Winners and traveling companions may be required to sign a participation agreement in the form required by the Promoter to accept the prize. Total Holiday prize value is $20,120.32.

  7. The value of each prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. A prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize (or part) with a prize (or part) of equal or greater value. Any errors in printing or quality control will not be used as a method of refusing a prize claim.
  8. All entries will be monitored and judged by five Nando's Australia employees at 4.30pm Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 2nd July 2010 at Gee Multimedia, Level 6, 11 Queens Rd, Melbourne, 3004. Winners will be posted on www.myheartsonfire.com.au and www.nandos.com.au by COB 2nd July 2010 and contacted by phone, email and mail of notification of Prize win. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered user from which the entry is made.
  10. Promoter is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this Promotion.
  11. If, in the judge's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the competition, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the competition, the judge reserves the right to disqualify Entrants or terminate the competition and conduct a random drawing to award the Prize using all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.
  12. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting a Prize, except liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  13. This information is being collection by Nando's Australia Pty Ltd relating to each entry for the purposes of conducting this promotion and/or publishing the winner's details as required by law. By entering the Promotion the Entrant authorizes the Promoter to publish their name in the manner described above where the Entrant is a Prize winner. If any of the information requested is not provided the entry may be ineligible. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to agents, contractors, or other service providers of the Promoter for these purposes.
  14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of the competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
  16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nando's Australia Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nandos.com.au and will be used only for the purposes of carrying out this promotion
  17. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
